Effective date: July 24, 2026
This Internal-Use Agreement governs 12ozCollective Financial Systems, a private integration operated solely for 12ozCollective Inc. It is not a commercial product, public service, or application offered to outside customers.
Authorized use
Use is limited to personnel specifically authorized by 12ozCollective. The integration may be used only to access and analyze 12ozCollective’s own QuickBooks Online company for legitimate internal accounting, reporting, reconciliation, and financial-operations purposes.
Access and restrictions
- Users must protect credentials and must not disclose OAuth tokens, client secrets, or other access information.
- Users may not provide outside parties with access to QuickBooks data through the integration.
- Users may not use the integration for unlawful activity, payment processing, lending, investment advice, insurance services, or access to another organization’s records.
- The locally operated QuickBooks MCP server is intended to remain read-only. Create, update, and delete operations are disabled.
Data and service providers
The integration uses Intuit’s official QuickBooks Online API. An authorized user may use OpenAI Codex to request and summarize information returned by the integration. Use of those services is also subject to the applicable Intuit and OpenAI terms.
Accuracy and professional review
Outputs are operational aids and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. They do not replace QuickBooks Online as the system of record or the review of a qualified accountant, tax professional, attorney, or other appropriate adviser. Authorized users remain responsible for validating information before making business decisions or filings.
Security and incident reporting
Authorized users must use password-protected devices, follow 12ozCollective security practices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access, credential exposure, or misuse to 12ozCollective. Access may be suspended or revoked at any time.
Availability and changes
The integration is provided for internal use without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. 12ozCollective may modify, suspend, or discontinue it and may update this agreement when operational or legal requirements change.
Termination
Authorization ends immediately when a user’s access is withdrawn or employment or engagement ends. QuickBooks authorization may be revoked through QuickBooks Online, and locally stored OAuth credentials must then be removed or invalidated.
