General Labor Position

Role Description
We are seeking General Labor applicants available to staff immediate openings on our production floor. No experience necessary! New hires will work across departments to support the success of our print and embroidery operations.
This is an entry level role with the potential to grow as you prove your potential and skillset for our production process. Upward mobility will be incentivized through additional responsibilities and specialization opportunities, as well as increased compensation and benefits. Learn a trade in an apprentice like position and show us what you’ve got.
Requirements
- Good attitude and work ethic.
- Able to take direction and work as part of a team.
- Comfortable working collaboratively or independently as needed.
- Must be able to stand for long durations.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in screen printing a plus, but not necessary.
Responsibilities may include...
Folding, packaging, and moving of incoming and outgoing product.
Cleaning and assisting in the maintenance of tools and work spaces.
Catching shirts off of the dryer.
