General Labor Position

12ozCollective is hiring dependable, motivated people to join the 12oz Crew in Columbia Falls, Montana or surrounding area.

Role Description

We are currently hiring for flexible, part-time and full-time general labor positions beginning at $17 per hour with higher starting pay based on relevant experience, as well as opportunities for advancement.

No previous production experience is required. New hires will work across departments, assisting with garment production, inventory, order fulfillment, quality control, and the day-to-day operation of our facility.

This position is designed as an entry point into our company. Outstanding team members will have opportunities to take on additional responsibility, expand their hours, develop specialized skills, and move into full-time roles as we continue to grow.

Requirements

  • A strong attitude and work ethic.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and established processes.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfort working in an active production environment.
  • Screen printing, embroidery, warehouse, shipping, or production experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities may include...

  • Preparing garments and materials for production.
  • Catching, stacking, folding, and organizing garments.
  • Assisting production crews across screen printing, embroidery, finishing, and related processes.
  • Receiving, counting, and organizing incoming inventory.
  • Packaging and shipping finished orders.
  • Inspecting garments and finished products for quality.
  • Loading, unloading, and moving incoming and outgoing product.
  • Assisting with equipment setup and cleanup.
  • Cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas.
  • Keeping production, inventory, and fulfillment areas organized.
  • Learning additional production processes as your skills develop.
