This Privacy Policy describes how 12ozCollective Inc. handles information through 12ozCollective Financial Systems, a private internal financial-operations integration used solely by 12ozCollective to access its own QuickBooks Online company. The integration is not offered to outside customers.

Information the integration accesses

  • QuickBooks Online company identifiers, including the company Realm ID.
  • OAuth credentials issued by Intuit, including access and refresh tokens.
  • Accounting and operational records requested by an authorized 12ozCollective user, such as accounts, balances, reports, customers, vendors, invoices, bills, and related financial records.
  • Limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the integration.

How information is used

Information is used only for 12ozCollective’s internal accounting, reporting, reconciliation, analysis, and financial-operations workflows. The locally operated QuickBooks MCP server is configured as read-only: create, update, and delete operations are disabled.

Artificial intelligence processing

An authorized user may use OpenAI Codex as the interface for requesting and summarizing information returned through the integration. Relevant request and response content may therefore be processed by OpenAI as a service provider under the applicable account settings and terms. QuickBooks data is not used by 12ozCollective to train a public or third-party artificial-intelligence model.

Sharing and sale of information

12ozCollective does not sell QuickBooks data. Information is not disclosed for advertising or independent third-party use. It may be processed only by service providers necessary to operate the integration, including Intuit, OpenAI, and infrastructure or security providers acting on 12ozCollective’s behalf, or when required by law.

Storage, security, and retention

The integration is operated on systems controlled by 12ozCollective. Access is limited to authorized personnel. Credentials are not displayed publicly or intentionally included in application logs. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, including least-privilege access, password-protected devices, restricted credential files or system credential storage, and a read-only QuickBooks configuration.

OAuth credentials are retained only while the connection remains authorized. They may be revoked through QuickBooks Online or removed from the local integration. Financial data is retained only when an authorized user deliberately saves an output for an internal business purpose and is then governed by 12ozCollective’s business-record retention practices.

Cookies and public website data

The public informational pages for this integration do not provide public access to QuickBooks data. The 12ozCollective website and its hosting, security, analytics, or content-delivery providers may process ordinary web-request information such as IP address, browser information, and cookies needed to operate and secure the site.

Connection and disconnection

Only an authorized 12ozCollective administrator may connect or reconnect the integration. Access can be revoked at any time through QuickBooks Online’s connected-app controls. Local OAuth credentials are removed or invalidated when the integration is permanently disconnected.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the integration, applicable requirements, or service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
