Senior Screen Printing Production Engineer
Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Screen Printing Production Engineer who possesses comprehensive expertise in all facets of the screen printing process. This role centers on harmonizing the technical and artistic aspects of screen printing, collaborating with our team to transform client artwork into exceptional finished products. The ideal candidate will pioneer innovative setup methodologies that enhance and elevate the artistic vision of our clients.
Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 15 years in screen printing, with a proven track record of integrating technical and artistic processes to produce high-quality outputs. Familiarity with ROQ equipment is a plus.

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various screen printing techniques, inks, substrates, and equipment, including proficiency with retensionable roller frames and mesh selection.

Artistic Sensibility: Strong appreciation for design and the ability to interpret and enhance artistic concepts within a production environment.
